Global Legal & Expansion Lead – OxaPay

OxaPay is a fast-growing crypto payment gateway trusted by thousands of merchants worldwide. As we expand globally, we’re seeking a highly skilled legal professional to lead our legal affairs and support our international growth – starting with our company registration in Dubai DMCC.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and execute company registration and compliance in DMCC (Dubai).
• Design and manage legal frameworks for international expansion (EMEA, Asia, LATAM).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, terms of use, and partnership agreements.
• Advise on crypto regulations, licensing, and risk across jurisdictions.
• Support KYC/AML policy refinement and platform legal audits.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.
• Take initiative, act independently, and drive projects forward without micromanagement.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of legal experience in fintech, crypto, or international business law.
• Deep knowledge of corporate structures, regulatory environments, and legal risk.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and collaborating directly with the founder.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation (preferred but not required).
