Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience across our platforms, from captivating landing pages to engaging social media campaigns and innovative Web3 experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design & Prototyping:

o  Design and develop visually stunning and interactive landing pages using Figma, Framer, or similar tools.

o  Incorporate Web3 aesthetics, interactive elements, and innovative UI/UX principles into designs.

o  Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems for web applications and user interfaces.

·      Animation & Motion Graphics:

o  Develop dynamic and engaging graphics for web apps, social media, YouTube videos, and marketing materials.

o  Create captivating motion graphics that bring our brand to life and enhance user engagement.

·      Graphic Design:

o  Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, YouTube, website banners, and other marketing materials.

o  Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries and exploring new visual styles.

·      Web3 Design & Integration:

o  Integrate Web3 concepts and aesthetics into design elements, such as blockchain-based experiences, and decentralized platforms.

o  Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Web3 design and their application in the music industry.

Qualifications

·      3+ years of professional experience in design and animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in both areas.

·      Proven experience in creating interactive web designs and high-quality animations for various platforms (web, mobile, social media).

Proficiency in the following platforms:

o  Design & Prototyping: Figma, Framer, Adobe XD, Sketch

o  Graphic Design & Illustration: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher

o  Animation: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender

o  (Basic Understanding) Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

o  Project Management & Collaboration: Jira, Slack/Microsoft Teams

o  AI-Powered Tools: Midjourney, DALL-E 2, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML

·      Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility.

·      Experience with Web3 concepts and technologies, including blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized applications, is highly desirable.

·      Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and their potential applications.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including landing pages, web app designs, social media content, and animations.

·      Language:

Exceptional written and spoken English.
