Role Overview:Â
This role leads the full lifecycle of data-driven user growth—from insight to execution. As Growth & Analytics Lead, you'll own the development of dashboards, analyze user behavior patterns, and design systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. You’ll operate at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product thinking—translating real-time insights into scalable growth strategies and infrastructure.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Build and maintain dashboards across website, on-chain, social media, and campaign performance.Â
- Analyze user behavior across liquidity, holdings, task completion, and conversion patterns.Â
- Design and test growth funnels through platforms, airdrops, and wallet partnerships.Â
- Implement and operate user growth tools like point systems, referral programs, etc.Â
- Execute across Zealy, Galxe, TaskOn, and quickly adjust based on market opportunities.Â
- Optimize paths and reduce drop-off via user segmentation and data feedback loops.Â
Skills and Qualifications:Â
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Dune Analytics, Subgraphs, SQL, or similar tools.Â
- Strong understanding of Web3 user behavior and funnel design.Â
- Fast learning and execution pace, especially during hype cycles.Â
- Experience running or designing referral/points-based systems is a strong plus.Â
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and a bias for experimentation.Â
