We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive our growth initiatives and campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with our growth and product teams to plan and execute our marketing strategy, with a focus on Nekodex, our cutting-edge decentralized exchange app.
Responsibility
- Growth Marketing: Planning, creating, and maintaining marketing campaigns across organic social media, email lists, and communities.
- Campaign Management: Create and run marketing strategies using different channels like paid ads and social media. Ensure these campaigns align with Perpetual Protocolās goals to attract and retain users.
- Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy. Create engaging content and stay updated on industry trends to ensure effective communication across various channels.
- Events & Community Management: Plan and manage marketing events, both online and in-person, to boost brand visibility and engage the community. Build relationships with users and influencers to create a supportive community around Perpetual Protocol.
- Analytics and Optimization: Use data to evaluate how well our marketing campaigns are doing. Perform tests and make adjustments to improve results. Report on key performance metrics and suggest ways to improve.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates. Ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
Requirement
- Strong interest in Crypto / DeFi; able to explain the basics of protocols like Uniswap and Curve.
- Some experience in a similar marketing role.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and growth strategies.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Preferably located in Asian time zones (GMT+5 to GMT+11).
