Head of Capital & Strategic Partnerships (DeFi)

We are building Multyr, a multichain DeFi protocol focused on sustainable yield strategies and capital efficiency.

We are entering a pre-token phase with a target of $800K+ initial capital and a long-term goal of $100M TVL within 12 months post-launch.

We are looking for a capital-driven operator who can bring high-quality users, allocators, and strategic partners into the protocol.

Role Overview

You will own capital inflow into Multyr.

Your responsibility is to source, engage, and convert high-value users, allocators, and partners into capital commitments before and after launch.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard high-value users (whales, DeFi-native allocators, funds)
• Build and manage a capital pipeline
• Execute direct outreach (DMs, intros, personal network)
• Convert interest into capital commitment pre-launch
• Structure and manage a high-signal whitelist (wallet-based, not forms)
• Establish strategic partnerships (protocols, KOLs, ecosystems)
• Work closely with the growth lead to convert users into long-term allocators

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi and capital flows
• Experience in fundraising, BD, partnerships, or investor relations in crypto
• Proven ability to source or influence capital allocation
• Existing network of high-value users, funds, or KOLs
• Comfortable with direct outreach and deal-making
• Execution-focused, independent, and results-driven

Nice to Have

• Experience with token launches / pre-token phases
• Existing relationships with funds, whales, or DeFi-native communities
• Background in DeFi protocols or yield strategies

Compensation

• Base + performance bonus
• Token upside aligned with TVL growth
• Significant upside for candidates who can drive capital into the protocol
