We want to expand our Dream Team, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Building the best practices of code delivery for the development team; 
  • Contributing to products development;
  • Making architectural decisions in collaboration with the development team;
  • Working in a cross-functional team (Product Managers, Project Managers, UI / UX, Designers and Engineers) in a highly collaborative environment;
  • Setting up DevOps process, CI/CD pipelines;
  • Ensure dev team code quality (reviews);
  • Integrating front-end and back-end to blockchain;
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and growing the Lympo internal capability;
  • Designing and building blockchain components that power the open-software ecosystem and enable implementation;
  • Working across the whole development lifecycle (discovery, delivery, testing, releasing, supporting and maintaining) using an agile methodology.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field;
  • Hands-on problem solving;
  • Strong communication skills (English, Russian is an advantage);
  • A ‘get it done’ attitude and ownership for tasks from their inception to completion;
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
  • High-level communication skills and a good level of English including experience of communicating effectively across cultures and with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and enjoying the challenges that come with it;
  • Interest in sports is a plus.

Working experience:

  • Solid Web development technologies knowledge and experience (front-end and back-end, mainly React)
  • Proven track record of delivered projects / contributions 
  • 3+ years experience in leading the technical team;
  • At least 2 years Smart contract programming experience (Solidity);
  • Cloud computing, data science, information security;
  • Hands on experience with AWS
  • Experience in CI/CD setup and DevOps 
  • Understanding of Clean Architecture/Domain-driven design (DDD) is a plus;
  • Experience working with multinational remote teams.
