Blockchain Head of Growth - Remote

Responsibilities

• Define, build and execute the strategic growth plan and drive a multi-channel, multi-market growth strategy to deliver on our mission across products and services
• Leverage web3 marketing outreach strategies and growth marketing best practices to grow our community and base of superfans
• Track, analyse and optimise growth activities
• Organise sponsorships and paid partnerships to Web3 podcasts, newsletters and publications
• Design and execute paid social advertising campaigns
• Outreach to Web3 communities and groups
• Build and activate an extensive network of partners and KOLs across all relevant channels
• Manage and mentor the team to scale up successful growth activities

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a similar growth marketing role
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant area
• Experience in social media advertising
• Experience in Google Analytics and dashboards
• Network of KOLs
• Successful track record of building, growing and managing projects in the web3.0/blockchain/NFT space
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership, team building, strategy, analysis and execution
• Structured, autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and distributed work environments
• You’re intrinsically interested in web3 and motivated to stay at the bleeding edge of technological and market developments
