Responsibilities:

    • Lead the creation and evolution of strategy to expand adoption of the company’s product offerings to achieve $500M in TVL by the end of 2022.
    • Build (hire and manage) a Sales / Partnerships / CSM team comprised of three additional members within the first six months of onboarding.
    • Develop / implement CRM and operational processes and discipline to create a strong sales pipeline / backlog.
    • Prepare necessary sales execution plans including revenue forecasts, personnel, capital expenditures, and operating costs.
    • Architect a highly scalable sales motion to efficiently close deals & accelerate customer growth.
    • Be Rift’s primary sales leader, actively engaging with customers and strategic partners.
    • Set up Customer Success Management function (monitoring clients / partners accounts, preventing churn, maintaining relationships for upsell opportunities and maximizing expansion).

Reguirements:

    • Organization / planning — built sales infrastructure, team and operations in a high-growth B2B environment from $2-50M+ ARR (lead generation programs; pipeline management; comp plans; Customer Success Management).
    • Experienced — we are looking for 7 - 10 years of experience performing B2B sales.
    • Aggressive — has a history of scaling a team and instilling a culture of strong work ethic and results driven progress.
    • Inspirational and empathetic — leader who is passionate about career development for their entire team.
    • Operationally excellent — methodical, metrics driven, uses clear systems to manage and maintain order.
    • Hungry / ambitious — we are a team of extremely motivated, hard working individuals and we are looking for any new team member to match our drive.
    • Intelligent — learns quickly, especially they need to have a history of being able to pick up deeply technical topics quickly. Pitching our products will require thorough understanding not only of the technology but also of the economic implications.
    • Flexible / self starter — needs the capacity to be a self starter and motivated by the lack of infrastructure / process at an early stage startup; should see this as an opportunity to scale their team and own talent.
    • Crypto culture fit — they need to be able to banter with other crypto founders and establish a friendly dynamic. They need to be a business professional, but also need to know how to relate to crypto people.
