THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a well-connected and proactive hiring manager who can help us scale our team with high-quality, mission-aligned talent. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top performers across marketing and creative roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage the entire recruitment process, all the way from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a strong network of talents across all active job posting requirements.
- Build and update a structured hiring pipeline, including outreach to potential candidates and interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Set up contracts, onboarding procedures, and ensure clear communication of expectations with new hires.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ year experience in a hiring/recruiting role within agencies or Web3-native companies.
- Have a strong portfolio of possible hires either via direct or indirect connections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Available for 40+ hours/week, with flexibility to address urgent needs, including on weekends if required.
