We are currently developing Primex Finance https://primex.finance/Primex Finance is a non-custodial, prime brokerage protocol enabling traders to access lender liquidity for spot margin trading on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and other leveraged operations across various DeFi protocols. Powered by an utterly decentralized trade execution mechanism, Primex Finance provides advanced trading tools and features for implementing sophisticated trading strategies.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR and recruiting, with a demonstrated history in IT companies.
- Leadership: Proven record of leading and developing HR teams, aligning staff and business strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: Capability to devise and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Global HR Knowledge: Understanding and experience with global HR processes, policies, and legislation.
- Communication: Stellar communication and negotiation skills at an executive level.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze HR metrics and utilize data for informed decision-making.
- Recruitment Mastery: Robust knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies, including tech platforms and tools.
- Confidence: Proficient in steering organizational change and driving company culture.
- Language: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and direct all HR functions, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Team Development: Not just managing but inspiring our HR team to foster a constructive and innovative working environment.
- Organizational Development: Evaluate and enhance organizational structure, culture, and strategy in light of company objectives and employee well-being.
- Policy and Compliance Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with organizational strategies.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Direct strategic talent acquisition and management initiatives, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
- Conflict Resolution: Leverage advanced conflict management strategies to resolve high-stake disputes or issues within the team.
- Executive Communication: Contribute to executive decision-making, providing insights from an HR perspective and communicating HR initiatives to the rest of the company.
