You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 70+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin (🇩🇪). Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, UK 🇬🇧, and other countries.

💻 About the role:

As an IT/SaaS Admin, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing the in-house IT tools and processes along with joining a growing team and being part of a rapidly expanding industry. You will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager, Hendrik.

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

• First point of contact for IT related queries and issues.

• Manage access to the essential tools for all users.

• Establish and enforce access policies and security protocols company-wide while ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

• Manage the software and hardware lifecycle.

• Maintain and improve IT support.

• Evaluate our current setup, propose and implement changes.

• Maintaining office network infrastructure (routers, switches, and firewalls).

🎒 What you will bring: 

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support within a fast-paced, forward thinking environment.

• Strong understanding of SaaS applications, including but not limited to; GoogleWorkspace, Slack, Notion.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members.

➕Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of OpSec guidelines.

• Ability to implement security policies and ensure compliance within SaaS applications and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• German language proficiency.
