The right candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in the IT field.
- Has proficiency in computer hardware, network installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security.
- Has experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems.
- Is curious by nature and a quick learner.
- Is service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Ideally experienced with:
- Linux operating systems.
- Experience in planning and managing IT equipment and software in a fast-growing environment.
- Has experience working with SAAS cloud environments.
- Working in a startup environment.
- CompTIA A+/ITIL/CIST/CCNA or an equivalent certification.
