Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat
- Educate clients about blockchain technology, our products, and their features
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Keep clients updated on new product features and services
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
