Lead and manage the software development team in the Bank’s digital transformation programs. Manage, assign tasks, monitor progress, and be responsible for the quality of deliverables from the development team. Participate in business requirements analysis, system architecture design, and propose appropriate technical solutions. Participate in system development according to Microservices architecture, including both Backend and Frontend. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical support to team members. Collaborate with BA, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality. Participate in resolving complex technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring system stability. Support deployment, operation, and troubleshooting during the Go-live process. Perform other tasks as assigned by the project manager/supervisor.
