Responsibilities

Utilize Netsuite and financial point systems to provide value-added analysis and reporting, driving insights for operational improvements.
Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve process efficiencies.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for software development.
Offer strategic recommendations to business users and executives, facilitating informed decision-making.
Support day-to-day system operations, advocating for and implementing a data-driven culture.
Conduct targeted training sessions to empower business users, boosting their system knowledge, confidence, and operational efficiency.
Adapt to a dynamic industry landscape, ensuring rapid delivery and time-to-market for system solutions.
Accommodate flexible working hours to ensure alignment and communication with global teams.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a systems analysis or project management role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with financial systems.
Background in accounting or systems consulting, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Solid understanding of accounting/financial concepts and systems.
