About the job The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious Junior Project Manager to help keep that work moving. You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment. Responsibilities Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current. Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async). Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early. Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries. Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers. Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them. Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow.
