You're the talent scout, the matchmaker, the one who connects the dots. You'll be in the trenches of technical recruitment, ensuring that our teams grow with the right people on board.What you will do?
- Partner with the pros to pinpoint what we need in our tech talent.
- Dive into the talent pool using every tool and trick in the book.
- Be the first Metaschool ambassador candidates meet, screening for skills and cultural synergy.
- Keep the interview machine well-oiled and running smoothly.
- Keep our ATS as tidy as a new codebase.
- Be the feedback loop that candidates and hiring managers rely on.
- Help refine our recruitment rhythm to the beat of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be the candidate's guide, from "hello" to "welcome aboard."
- Wave the Metaschool flag at events and in the digital realm.
- Ensure our newbies are onboarded with ease.
- A year (or so) spent in the recruitment realm, with a tech tilt.
- A communication champ who knows that clarity is key.
- Organized? You've got lists for your lists.
- A stickler for details, because they always matter.
- Self-driven, but a team player at heart.
