Responsibilities:
- Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scalability.
- Work with product managers, designers, and marketing team to thoroughly understand the needs of our users and build a product that meets those needs.
- Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, accelerate development efficiency, and improve code quality
- Take ownership of the entire development process as lead full-stack.
Requirements:
- Write unique code to create super-fast, user-friendly, web-based applications that include websites for desktop and mobile browsers.
- A real penchant for design and building beautiful interfaces.
- Strong experience with mobile optimization.
- A degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or experience to balance this.
- At least 4 years of professional engineering experience
- 4+ years of experience in Web2 development.
- 1+ year of Web3 development experience
- Experience as a technical lead where you were responsible for the performance of a development team.
- A commitment to clear and concise documentation
