Your Impact

Your key objective will be to build out and inspire a best-in-class design team that crafts deep, rich and unforgettable experiences in our new MMO. As the Lead Game Designer, you'll have full ownership for the design of the entire game, from the architecture, systems, economy, combat, levels etc.

Day-to-Day

• Working closely with the founding team to transform their creative vision into deliverables
• Deeply involved in the creation of game designs, design processes, pipelines, and discipline
• Building and leading a highly talented design team, evangelising multiple areas of game design
• Working with the game development team to create highly engaging and high performing features
• Give constructive critique on the quality of the gameplay and visions

• Experience leading the design of a AAA or highly successful title, evangelising best practices and scalable processes
• Deep experience creating new features and driving a design team
• Experience in guiding a multi-disciplinary team
• Exposure to economy design
• MMO/RPG design experience

• Working with best-in-class design enthusiasts, pixel art aficionados, nostalgic gamers, world builders, anti-conformists, vaporwave fanatics, video game historians, lore masters, speed runners, easter egg hunters, modders, code wizards, database gurus, and hackers.
