報告對象| Reports to：商務總監 / Listing 專案負責人 Business Director / Listing Project Lead
崗位職責 | Key Responsibilities
- 與全球主流交易所（CEX / DEX）建立聯繫，推動專案上幣合作；
- 跟進上幣全流程：資料審核、技術對接、公告發布與流動性管理；
- 建立並維護交易所資源庫，整理報價、合作記錄及股市訊息；
- 協助市場與公關團隊進行上幣推廣、AMA及社群曝光活動；
- 監控上幣後專案表現、輸出數據報告與優化建議
- Build and manage relationships with global exchanges (CEX/DEX) for project listings
- Oversee the full listing process: documentation, technical coordination, announcement, and liquidity support
- Develop and maintain an exchange resource database with pricing, contact, and cooperation records
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams on listing promotion, AMA events, and publicity campaigns
- Track post-listing performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations
工作要求 | Requirements
- 熟悉區塊鏈產業，對交易所生態及上幣流程有深入了解；
- 至少1年以上上幣、BD、交易所或專案營運相關經驗；
- 具備優秀的中英文寫作及口說能力，可獨立進行商務溝通；
- 執行力強、善於跨部門協作，具備資源整合及專案推動能力；
- 擁有交易所或代幣發行專案經驗者優先
- In-depth understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and exchange listing mechanisms
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in listing, BD, exchange operations, or project management
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
- Excellent execution ability, cross-functional collaboration, and resource integration capability
- Prior experience in exchange, token listing, or crypto project incubation is a plus
