Marketing Lead - Bitcoin Layer 2

Mission:

As our Marketing Lead & KOL Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping OpenBit's brand presence and engagement strategy with co-founding team. You will develop and execute comprehensive social media and community strategies, drive content marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with KOLs to amplify our reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Product Mastery: Attain an in-depth understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively present and promote them.
• Strategic Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media and community strategies across various channels to boost brand awareness, community engagement, and brand identity.
• Content Marketing Leadership: Formulate a content marketing strategy and lead engaging initiatives for target markets, including effective social media and KOL strategies.
• Collaborative Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute ecosystem initiatives and campaigns, engaging partners and users.
• Market Analysis and Insight: Analyze market trends, insights, competition, and network participant behaviors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven Marketing Success: Proven success in marketing-related roles for 2+ years, preferably with user-growth marketing experience.
• Network and Communication Skills: Strong network and communication skills with media channels, KOLs, and communities.
• Deep Grasp of Cryptocurrency Principles: Exhibit a thorough and detailed understanding of the principles of cryptocurrency, with a particular focus on Bitcoin, ensuring strategies are in sync with industry advancements and core ideals.
• Proven Expertise in Cryptocurrency Market Trends: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of crypto market trends, at both macro and micro levels. Ensuring strategies at OpenBit are always a step ahead of any upcoming trends. Proficient understanding of DeFi protocols (such as AAVE, MakerDAO, Curve, Uniswap, etc) and Zero-Knowledge Proof is a plus.
• Innovative Thinking: Capacity for innovative thinking and exploring unconventional avenues for community growth.
• Exceptional Communication: Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
• Marketing Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with marketing tools available on platforms such as Twitter, Galxe, Zealy, etc.
