Marketing Manager

At Almanak, we utilize knowledge, data and robust techniques from the algorithmic trading industry to advise key web3 builders and decision makers. 

Currently we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in DeFi and data-oriented products to co-design and execute our growth & marketing strategy.

Location : Remotely from anywhere in the world

• Highly interested in cryptocurrencies, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and all things web3. You already have a good grasp of the crypto space concepts and mechanisms.
• Communicating clearly and knows how to work with attention across all channels.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Hungry to learn more and impact the world of DeFi protocols and DAO governance.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of Almanak’s brand & presence across all touch points: social media, website, and PR.
• Design, management and execution of all digital campaigns across all channels.
• Production of hiqh quality written content about Almanak’s work and product offering (in close collaboration with the product team).
• Public communication with relevant stakeholders such as DAOs and protocol communities.
• Increasing Almanak’s reach & impact via KPI-oriented channel & content experimentation.
• Conducting market research and translating marketing data/feedback into actionable strategic insights for the product team and leadership. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years prior professional experience as a marketing/growth manager, preferably in DeFi or data-oriented projects.
• Demonstrated experience in creative campaign design.
• In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, strategies, tools and practices.
• Experience in paid ads, influencer marketing, AMAs.
• Experience in written content creation, planning and scheduling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, especially in the crypto & data-science related vocabulary.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive the execution of the marketing strategy. 

Optimal Qualifications:

• Good understanding of DeFi / crypto financial primitives and the web3 landscape.
• Prior experience with DAO & crypto communities management.
• Understanding of Defi / Crypto exploits vectors and risks.
