What you'll do
- Conduct research on industry campaigns, covering competitor trends, market analysis, and related topics, to inform and shape actionable campaign strategies.
- Support the Operations Manager with planning and structuring tasks, including streamlining reporting, tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
- Assist in developing and optimizing processes that improve operational efficiency and team workflow.
- Contribute creative ideas to campaign content and execution, bringing fresh perspectives to enhance impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of campaign initiatives.
What you'll need
- Currently an undergraduate/graduate student or a recent graduate.
- Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one Romance (Latin) language.
- Strong passion and curiosity for the Web3 industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (a plus).
