You will be a hands-on team member and learn to sharpen your problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the management team to deliver on internal projects that support building a strong & sustainable company.
- Support the planning and execution of key projects.
- Build processes to deliver on tasks spanning across multiple functions, including Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance - e.g. employee onboarding, financial reporting & management.
- Testing new products & features that help improve internal processes & productivity.
Requirements
- Background in Accounting/Finance/Legal will be an advantage but not required
- Problem-solver - forward thinking and ability to solve problems independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset - Proactive and hands-on, with a bias towards action
- Possess grit, tenacity, and adaptability to perform within a start-up environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs (especially Google Sheets)
- Interest in blockchain technology, Web3 solutions
