Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• User operation: In view of new user growth, active user retention, active, put forward effective promotion plan, form a long-term positive optimization strategy.
• Activity operation: Stimulates users through effective activity programs, accomplishing key indicators such as promoting innovation and liveliness.
• Product operation: Collect user comments and feedback to related departments to improve user experience.
• Have strong data analysis ability, skilled in finding growth points, finding problems according to the data and adjusting the plan.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in user/activity operation.
• Strong communication skills, able to complete the business docking with products, technology and other departments.
• Clear thinking, meticulous, proactive, patient, strong ability to work under pressure.
• Blockchain experience is preferred.
