Job Description:

As an Outbound Call Agent, you will play a key role in promoting our newly launched services and inviting potential customers to join our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, engage with prospects, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our newly launched services.
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of our services, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Encourage prospects to sign up and join SilentCoins.com.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Native English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
• Reliable laptop/computer and high-quality headset for remote work.
• Stable internet connection.
• Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
