We are looking for a senior level engineer that enjoys solving complex problems in the blockchain / cryptocurrency space. This individual will be a strong software engineer with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
What youâll work on:
- Be the technical liaison between our engineering organization and crypto asset projects such as Ripple, Monero, and Stellar to name a few
- Help us find and vet innovative new crypto asset projects
- Work directly with crypto asset dev teams to understand the technical merits of their project
- Prototype exchange/wallet integrations
- Review technical blockchain projects at the code level
- Go to conferences and meetups to establish relationships with crypto asset project teams
- Be an active online presence representing our values and connecting us with the community
- Be the technical expert for our crypto asset business development team
What youâll bring to Circle
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- You are passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- A degree in computer science with at least 7 years programming experience.
- 2 or more years programming blockchain solutions
- Has programmed and deployed solidity contracts
- Has contributed code to a crypto asset project
- Are able to have deep technical discussions with coin developers
- Are well organized and an excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Self directed, you are able to achieve results with minimal guidance
