Oxapay is seeking a dynamic and responsible Plugin Integration and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in integrating various e-commerce plugins such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, and others with our payment gateway. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive tutorials, providing support, and ensuring seamless updates and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate various e-commerce plugins (WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, etc.) with Oxapay.
  • Create detailed tutorials and documentation for each integration.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users experiencing issues.
  • Stay proactive in seeking new integration opportunities and maintaining updates for existing plugins.
  • Ensure all integrations are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
  • Assist users with any integration-related problems and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with e-commerce plugin integration (WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, etc.).
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating tutorials and providing support.
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude towards seeking new integration opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with working with APIs and cryptocurrencies.
