Principal Engineer/Tech Lead

Karma is building a reputation system for onchain contributors. We aggregate and curate all the DAO contributor activity and quantify by applying various algorithms and calculate reputation score and generate stats. Our users call us "The onchain resume" for builders.

We are looking for a Principal Engineer/Tech lead with web3 development experience and knowledge about Ethereum ecosystem. You will be interacting with the founder on a daily basis, discussing product features, shipping code, overseeing the technical architecture of the system and mentoring devs on the team.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Atleast 8 years software development experience
• Experience building highly scalable systems
• Atleast 5 years experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building full stack applications
• Experience with various web3 tools, libraries and best practices
• Self starter and willingness to take ownership
• Comfortable working with a fully remote team

We are looking for someone who is based in Americas and can work in US timezone. A big plus if you are familiar with DAOs and have contributed to one or more DAOs.
