Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Rivalz AIās decentralized AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Understand and prioritize customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product development.
- Define product requirements, create detailed user stories, and manage the product backlog.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and blockchain technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI and technology products.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and blockchain.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex AI products or platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Passion for AI and decentralized technologies, with a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with decentralized systems, peer-to-peer networks, and data privacy.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
- Previous experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
