Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan, prioritize, and implement updates to the Chat feature. Â
- Develop and execute GTM plans for new chat feature releases, including user communication, marketing coordination, and launch strategies. Â
- Partner with XFN teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of the Chat feature. Â
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the Chat feature’s functionality and user experience. Work with data analysts to conduct A/B testing and iterate on feature performance based on results. Â
- Define and track key performance indicators, monitor operational health of the Chat feature, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Develop resources (e.g., FAQs, tutorials) to educate users on leveraging the Chat feature effectively. Â
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role, preferably in a tech, fintech, or crypto platform. Â
- Proven experience in driving product updates, GTM strategies, or feature optimization in a user-facing product. Â
- Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting KPIs using tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of the crypto or fintech industry and user behavior in digital platforms.
