Product Owner DAO, Bounties, Learn & Earn, OpenSource Funding

As a Product Owner with client-facing responsibilities, your role will encompass a range of crucial tasks for the growth of our products, including but not limited to:

1. Onboarding Customers/Users: Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and users, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.

2. Feedback Liaison: Bridge the gap between our clients and development team by gathering and communicating feedback effectively. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of our products.

3. Sales Collateral: Create sales collateral, including presentations, product decks, case studies, and product documentation, to support our sales and marketing efforts.

4. Documentation: Enhance our product documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility, empowering users to make the most of our offerings.

5. Community Management: Lead our online presence by engaging with our social media channels and online communities. Foster a vibrant and supportive ecosystem around our products.

6. Operations and Growth: Lead the day-to-day operations of your assigned product, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Deep Understanding: A profound understanding of crowdsourcing, OpenSource, Web3 Bounties, and related technologies is essential.
• Product Ownership: Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role is highly desired.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of your product's success.
• DAO Participation: Active participation in DAOs or similar decentralized organizations is a strong plus.
• Hardworking: Demonstrated dedication and a willingness to put in the extra effort to achieve results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion: A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving change in the crowdsourcing space.

Compensation: We believe in sharing success with our team members. The compensation package for this role includes base salary, a revenue-sharing agreement, and performance-based bonuses tied to meeting KPIs.
