Project Manager & Content Copywriter

1. ABOUT US:

We are DARKHUB, a “Web3 Media Network and News Syndicate” which operates a series of themed Telegram Channels, X Accounts, and Websites, tailored towards all things Web3 (Crypto, Ai, NFT’s, Memecoins, Fintech, DeFi…).

Each sub-brand of the network (MemeLabz, AiDaily, SolanaSnipers, NFTIntel…) serves a focused audience, and specific Web3 niche, and publishes curated content, across all of the network’s verticals.

Our plan is to build the most powerful Web3 Media Machine on earth!

We’ve built the infrastructure, we’ve created the brand. Now we’re looking for a battlefield commander to run the content network, from end to end.

2. THE MISSION:

We are currently looking to hire a Network Project Manager, that will be tasked with assembling a team of content creators and copywriters, that will operate the network.

We want someone that is fast, hype-driven, and plugged directly into the Web3 news cycles.

You will be in charge of overseeing and running the content for all of our channels: autonomously, creatively, and aggressively.

You will be hands-on responsible for coordinating with your content creators for all operational duties, including crafting all social media content, managing the overall content calendar and posting schedule, and auditing the network’s performance and growth.

You will be maintaining a strong and direct relationship with the owners through written updates and regular calls.

You will act as the operator-in-chief for the DARKHUB content division.

We don’t want bots…we want Signal Scouts, Meme Warriors, and Trend Assassins!

3. THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily content output across all of the DARKHUB channels
• Recruit and onboard individual content operators for each channel
• Audit the channels regularly for tone, formatting, and performance
• Track their daily KPIs (output, quality, views per post)
• Optimize and restructure teams based on performance and channel growth
• Actively work on growing the network’s reach and popularity
• Be the main communication bridge between DARKHUB owners and all content operators

4. THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Crypto-native and fluent in Telegram + Twitter culture
• Extremely organized, reliable, and sharp under pressure
• Able to lead a sync, decentralized teams
• Comfortable reviewing content quickly and decisively
• A good communicator (text + voice if needed)
• Obsessed with performance metrics and execution
• Bonus: you’ve managed media teams or large crypto accounts before

5. THE GOAL:

• Each DARKHUB channel runs like a machine (20+ daily posts, high engagement)
• Operators are accountable and productive
• New talent is onboarded rapidly as the network grows
• Weekly performance reports and optimization suggestions delivered proactively
• DARKHUB becomes a content syndicate known for speed, reach, and volume

6. THE OFFER:
