Project Manager - Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for Binance FZE to make changes in operational setup in order to meet regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with timeline and prioritizations planning
• Deliver and own the overall projects outcome with the respective business units
• Require stakeholder management skill set, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Improve or/and create new process frameworks in order to increase efficiency for business impacts
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience within a Project Manager role
• Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter
• Strong financial and economics knowledge
• Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams across different business units and regions, to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
• Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields
• Fluency in English
• Background in financial services or investment banking would be a plus
