Project Manager

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Project Manager with a strong technical background and passion for DeFi. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving progress and outcomes for our Treehouse Protocol. 

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and align cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

• Break down tasks and allocate resources effectively, balancing workload across team members to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure that milestones are met.

• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates.

• Facilitate communication between the product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth product development cycles.

Product Operations and Support 

• Enhance product delivery efficiency and improve cross-functional workflows.

• Develop and maintain product delivery metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Document and standardize product release processes, ensuring consistency across teams.

• Support the engineering and business teams teams through design and requirement discussion sessions

• Assist in developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.

Requirements

• Preferred major in a technical domain such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Deep interest and an understanding of blockchain, protocols and decentralized finance.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills

• Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (JIRA)
