The Uniswap Labs team is looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator as we continue to build the team that's creating the next generation of financial products. This role will be a 9 month fixed term in-office position based in our New York City office and will report into the Head of Recruiting.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all
- Take ownership of candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Host candidates in our office
- Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process
- Assist in planning, coordinating and setting up networking and recruiting events
What we look for in you:
- 1+ years of previous recruiting coordination experienceÂ
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse!) or willingness to quickly learn
- Comfortable working with Google Calendar and managing events on multiple calendars
- Autonomy and ability to work without heavy direction
- Ability to multi-task and shuffle priorities
- Desire to go above and beyond to connect with your coworkers and candidates
- Passion/interest and understanding of technology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
Full time hourly rate ranges from $34-$42. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
