Recruitment Coordinator (6 month contract)

This is a full-time fixed-term (6 months) remote contract position. Contract extension is, theoretically, possible, but can’t be guaranteed. The candidate doesn't have to be in the indicated location, can be other locations across APAC timezones.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interviews coordination and scheduling with candidates across different regions.  
• Support coordination of recruitment events with internal business partners as and when required. 
• Ensure a seamless end to end experience for candidates, hiring teams and recruiters by serving as logistics liaison. 
• Ensure maintenance and updating of recruitment information on our recruitment ATS. 
• Assist with new hire onboarding - preparation of necessary paperwork, sending out of offer letters and scheduling of programs etc. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination is a big plus.
• Fresh graduates with at least a diploma in HR or related fields of studies are encouraged to apply. 
• Team player with an ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal partners.  
• Ability to multitask, prioritise requirements and navigate well in a fast paced environment. 
• Project management experience is an ideal to have. 
• Excellent written and spoken English.
