Regional Growth Managers – (Multiple countries)

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for several Regional Growth Managers to lead Crypto Fund Trader’s expansion across different countries and regions.

Each person will take ownership of a specific market, adapting CFT’s global strategy to local opportunities, building partnerships and developing new acquisition and commercial channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands their local crypto and trading ecosystem and can turn that knowledge into measurable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Affiliates, Content and Sales.

Your work will have a direct impact on CFT’s visibility, customer acquisition and commercial performance in your market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CFT’s growth strategy for your assigned country or region.
• Identify the most relevant acquisition channels, communities and commercial opportunities in the market.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, educators, communities, partners and other key industry players.
• Find, negotiate and activate regional partnerships capable of generating awareness, customers and revenue.
• Develop the local affiliate and ambassador network, managing potential partners from initial contact through activation and ongoing performance.
• Coordinate regional sales activity by setting priorities, assigning opportunities and supporting outreach and follow-up processes.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging to the local market, while proposing new initiatives based on regional trends, events and customer behaviour.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Sales on campaigns, partnerships and product launches.
• Track acquisition, revenue, partnerships and sales performance, translating results into clear next steps.
• Collect feedback from local traders, partners and communities and share relevant insights with Marketing, Product and Support.
• Monitor competitors and changes in the regional crypto, trading and fintech ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in growth, business development, partnerships, affiliate management, sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, trading, fintech or online investment ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of the country or region you are applying for, including its audiences, platforms, communities and commercial dynamics.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships and negotiate partnerships from scratch.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their potential impact.
• Experience coordinating sales activity, external collaborators or regional projects.
• Analytical mindset and ability to connect actions with acquisition, revenue and retention.
• Strong organization, autonomy, communication and follow-up skills.
• Fluent English for internal communication and native or near-native command of the main language spoken in your market.
• An existing network of traders, affiliates, creators or communities is highly valued.
• Experience in a prop firm, broker, exchange or trading platform is a plus.
