Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR in our Global B2B Enterprise Sales team, you’ll play a crucial part in expanding our reach by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with major international clients. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently connect with decision-makers, and is passionate about the crypto and blockchain space. Your efforts will directly fuel our sales pipeline and contribute to closing high-value enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Leads: Proactively hunt for potential clients, with a focus on the ever-evolving crypto and blockchain industry. Use a mix of outreach methods (email, cold calls, social media) to open doors and spark interest.

- Qualify Prospects: Dive into initial conversations to understand client needs, assess fit, and determine if they’re ready to move forward. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for our account teams.

- Support Sales Growth: Partner with marketing and sales to refine strategies, improve outreach, and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads to account managers.

- Track and Report: Keep detailed records of your work in our CRM and regularly report on lead generation progress, sharing insights and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in the enterprise or crypto space.

- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.

- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with global clients.

- A proactive mindset, able to juggle multiple priorities and hit targets.

- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
