We are seeking a driven Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier to be the first point of contact for our growing pipeline of leads from paid advertising and outbound outreach.
You will:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads generated by paid ads, confirm their booked calls, and perform a short qualification chat or call.
- Conduct a structured first call to understand needs and ensure they’re a fit before handing them off to the founder for closing.
- Manage and improve outbound outreach, working with a sourcing specialist who provides targeted leads (including project details and contact info).
- Keep meticulous records of outreach and booked calls to maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline as we increase ad spend.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, confident on the phone, and excited about turning warm and cold leads into qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Message and follow up with new inbound leads immediately after they book.
- Hold short discovery calls (qualification calls).
- Coordinate with the founder to schedule second calls for qualified prospects.
- Conduct outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Telegram, X (Twitter), and email.
- Track metrics like show-up rate, qualification percentage, and booking volume.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an appointment setter, SDR (Sales Development Rep), or lead qualifier is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and messaging platforms.
- High responsiveness and ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
