You will 🚀
- Ensure that current clients are pleased with their experience at P2P
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive information on current clients in the CRM system
- Handle accounts receivable and payable with clients and partners
- Monitor dates and manage the renewal/signing of necessary documents with current clients
- Facilitate communication with clients and oversee the KYC process and document signing
- Collaborate with Support, BD, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to address the needs of existing clients
- Keep track of significant dates related to clients and ensure high-quality and timely responses to these events
- Manage upsell communication with current clients by organizing and conducting newsletters, webinars, and other forms of outreach focused on the current client base
- Announce important company offers and generate leads for the BD team
You have 🤓
- Native or mother-tongue level of English
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with major enterprise clients
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions
- Ability and willingness to work in a high-paced, multitasking environment
- Experience in negotiating in complex and conflict situations
- Experience as a project manager would be a significant plus
- Experience working in startups and commercial teams would also be a considerable advantage
- Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.
