📋 Position Overview

Crestal Network is in search of a visionary Community Builder dedicated to expanding and nurturing our community ecosystem. This role encompasses driving engagement from pre-token launch phases through to post-launch, ensuring our community remains vibrant, informed, and engaged.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Manage community dynamics from the inception of a project, through its live token launch, and beyond, ensuring a seamless transition and sustained engagement.
• Spearhead the creation and expansion of communities for Crestal Network, fostering environments conducive to user interaction and retention.
• Craft and convey compelling brand stories that resonate with the community, inspiring loyalty and advocacy.
• Actively manage and execute social media strategies on platforms including LinkedIn, Discord, X, and Telegram to grow our online presence and engagement.
• Design and implement innovative engagement activities that keep the community active and involved.
• Assist with basic investor relations, providing community insights that could influence investor communications.
• Maintain a foundational understanding of the technical aspects related to our projects to communicate effectively with both the community and technical teams.

📚 Qualifications 

• Proven Track Record in Community Building: demonstrated success in building and managing communities, especially around blockchain or tech projects from inception to maturity.
• Social Media Savvy: experience in leveraging social media for community growth and engagement across multiple platforms.
• Strategic Role Understanding: a clear grasp of what it takes to be effective in this role, with the ability to think ahead and plan for community growth.
• Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional skills in narrative building and communication, capable of inspiring and maintaining community interest.
• Proactivity and Independence: Ability to work autonomously, identifying opportunities for community enhancement without constant oversight.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience in building communities for dApps projects
