Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who’s passionate about building seamless interfaces and robust backends that interact directly with decentralized protocols. You’ll work across the stack to architect and implement full product features, collaborating with designers and contract developers to deliver performant and secure blockchain applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build user-facing features with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Design backend services with Node.js or Go and integrate with EVM-compatible smart contracts
• Create and consume GraphQL/REST APIs and interact with on-chain data
• Connect smart contracts using Web3.js, ethers.js, or wagmi
• Implement testing suites and conduct performance optimizations
• Review pull requests and write scalable, secure, and maintainable code
• Debug production issues and maintain observability of deployed services

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack development experience, ideally across multiple startups
• Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend development experience
• Familiarity with Solidity and smart contract interactions
• Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of blockchain UX patterns (wallets, gas, confirmations)
• Strong async communication and documentation habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining dApps
• Exposure to DeFi or NFT ecosystems
• Interest in contributing to open-source projects
• Ability to work independently across product cycles
