Absinthe, a pioneer in points-as-a-service for web3 projects, is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of our innovative products.
As a key member of our tight-knit design team, you will have the freedom to take ownership of projects and make a significant impact on our landing pages, B2B dashboards, and customer-facing
components.
With a strong understanding of web3/crypto concepts and a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will collaborate with developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that drive user growth.

Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for landing pages, B2B dashboards, and customer-facing components.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and iterate based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Continuously improve the user experience by conducting usability testing, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the Web3/Crypto space.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide guidance on UI/UX best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the Web3/Crypto industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and past projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and understanding of core CSS concepts.
- Experience designing for B2B and customer-facing products, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Understanding of web3/crypto and blockchain concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
