Senior Product Manager - Derivatives/Finance Products (Futures)

Responsibilities

• Lead and define end-to-end development of Futures' Product roadmaps, strategies and business requirements
• Deliver detailed product requirements and interactive designs of all products, on technical feasibility and implementation plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, propose and deliver solutions for all products' infrastructure built-up 
• Constantly evaluate and improve existing products and features, including performance testings and iterations 
• Monitor and analyse product performance-data to optimise users experience and boost business growth
• Follow and respond to users' feedbacks with consideration of business impact and Tech feasibility  

Requirements

• At least 5 solid years in end-to-end Product management, with knowledge in Tech and Crypto Trading Products 
• Solid knowledge in Derivatives Trading & built-up of Trading products (UI, Backend services, Matching engines, etc) 
• Proven experience in building and delivering client-focused products from initial assessment to go live
• Good team spirit with willingness to be hands-on in day-to-day tasks 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to handle various stakeholders
• Fluency in English & Chinese is mandatory
• With leadership potential for a team of 10+ members
