Senior Product / Systems Engineer (Founding)

The problem we’re solving is not theoretical similar workflows in Web2 have already generated $150M+ in revenue, validating real demand. What’s new here is the infrastructure: replacing intermediaries with verifiable, event-driven systems.

Overview

We’re building a new infrastructure layer for verification, attribution, and trust.

Not a marketplace. Not a job board. Not a token launch.

The system focuses on verifiable events, auditability, and long-lived identity so people and organizations can rely on signals that are accountable, portable, and durable.

The core architecture and approach are original — we’ve filed a patent covering the underlying system design, and are now building the first production implementation.

This is a founding engineering role with real ownership and architectural influence.

What you’ll work on

• Design and build event-driven systems for verification and attribution
• Create append-only audit trails and replayable histories
• Model identity, relationships, and outcomes over time
• Define early system boundaries and invariants
• Ship a simple, correct core before scaling

How we think about technology

• Architecture is event-driven and verification-first
• Stack is intentionally open — the founding engineer helps choose tools based on correctness, simplicity, and longevity
• Preference for boring, proven tech
• Off-chain first; crypto only where it meaningfully adds value
