Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to own and optimize our recruiting systems, data, reporting, and processes. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, or Recruiting Systems, with strong hands-on experience in Greenhouse or a similar ATS.

Although this is a contract role, we are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on professional who can work independently, own projects end-to-end, and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through regular audits and data management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, providing insights into hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.
• Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive system/process improvements.
• Own and independently drive selected recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation, with opportunities to lead initiatives that improve systems, processes, and recruiter experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
• Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and partner effectively across teams.
