OnFinality is a leading Web3 infrastructure provider specialising in Blockchain Nodes, RPC Endpoints, Data Indexers and Blockchain AI Agents.
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our brand's online presence and broader marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the COO, designers, and product team to tell compelling stories, engage our community, and grow our digital footprint in the Web3 space.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects OnFinality's voice and mission across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram
- Own and manage the social content calendar, planning timely and relevant posts that drive engagement and visibility
- Write clear, concise, and compelling content for social posts, blogs, newsletters, and product updates
- Produce SEO-optimised articles in collaboration with our SEO specialist to grow OnFinality's search presence
- Provide input and content for OnFinality's marketing website and product branding
- Coordinate product launches, ecosystem announcements, and partnership promotions with strategic marketing campaigns
- Track and analyse social media and content performance metrics, adjusting tactics based on data and trends
- Work closely with the design teams to create visually engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the Web3 community
- Identify and engage with relevant Web3 influencers, media, and communities to increase reach and awareness
- Monitor Web3 industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve
Requirements:
- Experience in social media or marketing roles, preferably within the blockchain, crypto, or tech space, preferred
- Marketing graduate applicants welcome to apply
- Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, culture, and ecosystem.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different channels and audiences
- Strong experience managing social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord)
- Comfortable analysing engagement metrics and using data to drive strategy
- Passion for Web3 infrastructure, developer tools, and decentralised technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Bonus:
- Experience with content creation (e.g. basic graphics, short-form video), paid ads
- SEO optimisation knowledge
- Experience with technical audiences like developers
