Responsibilities
- Manage global team and divide work amongst the team
- Manage multiple social account editorials
- Create a vision and strategy to improve specific objectives such as impressions and engagement
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Work with internal teams to create marketing synergy
- Design and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Use social listening to gauge the success of social strategy
- Use growth hacking techniques to improve social metrics
- Implement best practices and frameworks to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Solid social media experience with global exposure
- Seasoned media buy expert with all-rounded expertise from traditional to cutting edge media solution
- Hands on experience in managing social media accounts with large followings
- Practical understanding of SEO and SEM which can be applied to social media
- Be able to use analtyics to steer editorial and strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Hands on leadership experience managing a small team
- Is a problem solver, team player and can work under pressure
- Strong interest in crypto industry; experiences in crypto is definitely advantageous
