Spot Institutional Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with VIP and Product teams to create data-driven strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Produce detailed reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the institutional segment
• Work with internal teams to develop and optimize tools that enhance the trading experience for institutional clients
• Continuously track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to institutional growth
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and maintain business target goals
• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape and evolving client needs
• Leverage data to identify potential market/client segments and emerging opportunities within the institutional space

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years experience in Banking or Fintech industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Business, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
• English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team
